Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or public holidays. You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order is on its way.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally run free-delivery promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update via SMS or email. You can also log into your account and view your order status under My Orders.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make a change.

We accept M-Pesa (including M-Pesa Express / STK Push) and major debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

Yes. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and all payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details on our servers.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the confirmation email is not there, please contact us at info@bellahouseholds.com or via WhatsApp with your M-Pesa transaction code and we will resolve it promptly.

At this time, we require payment in full before dispatch to confirm your order. We do not currently offer pay-on-delivery, but this is something we are exploring for the future.

Send us a message via the contact page and we will let you know as soon as it is restocked. We restock popular items regularly.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at info@bellahouseholds.com with your order number and reason for return.

We sincerely apologise for any errors. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. M-Pesa refunds are sent directly to your registered number. Card refunds may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
